# Connect Partner Portal Users' Calendars with Einstein Activity Capture

Partner Portal users can now connect their Google or Microsoft Office 365 calendars to Salesforce with Einstein Activity Capture. With this integration, customers can book appointments directly on partner calendars through Salesforce Scheduler, complete with real-time availability checks. Partners authenticate one time for a seamless and secure scheduling experience.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Sales, and Agentforce 1 Sales Edition.

**Who:** To turn on calendar sync for partners, you need the PartnerEAC add-on license. Partners Portal users need the PartnerEACUser permission set to connect their external calendar accounts.

**How:** Assign the PartnerEACUser permission set to Partner Portal users. Then, create a Partner EAC configuration in Einstein Activity Capture and assign partner users to this configuration. Your partners then connect their Google or Microsoft Office 365 accounts through the portal, and Einstein Activity Capture stores the OAuth token securely. Salesforce Scheduler retrieves tokens on demand to check partner availability during meeting scheduling.
