# View Updated Sales Engagement Data

Sales Engagement data is stored natively on the Salesforce Platform and is now available in new and updated reports and in the Sales Engagement Sample Dashboard. Use these assets to review more consistent engagement data and drill into trends more easily.

**Where:** This change applies to Sales Engagement in Lightning Experience. Sales Engagement is available in Performance, Einstein 1, and Unlimited Editions, and is available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions. Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service Cloud and Lightning Platform.

**When:** This change became available starting in mid-July 2026.

**Why:** Storing engagement data natively on the Salesforce Platform provides more reliable, accurate, and consistent data across reports. This structural update gives you more flexibility to drill down into individual engagements and filter reports to analyze trends.

**How:** Sales Engagement reports are in the Sample Sales Reports folder. Sales Engagement data and reports can also be accessed in the Sales Engagement Sample Dashboard.
