The Guidance Center icon appears in the global header when a user has Sales Programs, Guidance Sets, or Learning Paths. Sales Programs include Partner Tracks and Enablement Lite, and Learning Paths include company-assigned and suggested items. Only users with those features see the icon. Programs, Guidance Sets, learning assignments, and other content stay in place.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Starter, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
Why: Previously, the icon also appeared for help content, Salesblazer content, Agentforce, and Copilot, and admins saw it in every org. Those conditions no longer display the icon. Agentforce and Copilot still use the underlying panel from their own entry points. There's no setting to turn off the Guidance Center.
