# Stay Informed with Executive Briefs

Executive Briefs give your sales managers and leaders a scheduled, consolidated summary of your team's most recent conversation insights, delivered right in Slack. Instead of reviewing individual call insights, subscribers receive a summary that highlights key findings, supporting quotes, and opportunities to act.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Agentforce for Sales or Agentforce 1 Edition. Momentum, which includes call capture, transcriptions, and Foundational Insights, is required to set up Executive Briefs.

**When:** This feature is available in November 2026.

**Who:** Admins configure Executive Briefs in Salesforce Go setup. Users who are assigned the required permission set and are subscribed to a brief receive Executive Briefs in Slack.

**Why:** Sales managers and leaders often need a faster way to identify trends across many calls. Executive Briefs consolidate selected Foundational Insights, such as deal blockers and customer feedback, into a single scheduled narrative. The briefs deliver timely insights based on the most recent conversation data.

**How:** From Salesforce Go, navigate to the **Executive Briefs** page under Features. Then click **Get Started**. Confirm Momentum and Slack prerequisites, and assign permission sets to your subscribers.

Create a brief: enter a name, add brief criteria, choose the Foundational Insight types, and set a weekly or monthly schedule. Add up to 25 subscribers and activate the brief.

Subscribers receive the brief in Slack as a canvas that updates on each scheduled run.
