# Exert Greater Control over Manual Review of Lead Nurturing Emails

Sales teams can now exert finer control over which Lead Nurturing agent emails should have a manual review before being sent. You can choose to review all emails, only initial outreach emails, or create a custom flow to designate emails for review based on specific record criteria.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Sales Cloud and the Agentforce Lead Nurturing add-on. Setup for agents is available on the desktop site.

**When:** This feature became available starting July 13, 2026.

**Why:** Manual email review adds human oversight to sensitive or higher-risk outreach scenarios and helps teams enforce communication quality and policy compliance.

**How:** In the agent Setup, turn on Require Manual Approval and choose which outreaches to hold for review, or specify a custom flow to base reviews on specific record criteria.
