# Agentforce Lead Nurturing is Changing to Agentforce Engagement

The Agentforce Lead Nurturing name has changed to Agentforce Engagement.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Sales Cloud and the Agentforce Engagement add-on. Setup for agents is available on the desktop site.

**When:** This feature is available beginning August 24, 2026.

**Why:** The new name better describes the range of work the agent can perform to nurture existing prospects.

The change will take some time to propagate throughout Salesforce. The older Agentforce Lead Nurturing name may continue to appear in some locations until the update is complete.
