# Set Up Revenue Management in Minutes with an AI Agent (Beta)

Ask an AI agent to set up Revenue Management in a new org through a guided conversation. The agent enables Revenue Management and sets up the Context Service, Salesforce Pricing, and Product Discovery foundation. It also activates the standard price book and assigns the admin the permission sets that their role requires. What normally takes hours of clicking through Setup now takes about 15 minutes.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Advanced license.

Note This is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**Who:** To run the setup, you need a Salesforce admin with these permissions: View Setup and Configuration, Modify All Data, Manage Users, Manage Profiles and Permission Sets, and Assign Permission Sets. Grant Customize Application so that the agent can deploy pricing procedures and page layouts. Provision the Revenue Management permission set licenses before setup begins. The agent verifies this first.

**How:** Before you start, set up the org with the Revenue Cloud Advanced license, install Salesforce CLI and your agent tooling, and connect the agent to the org as an authenticated admin user. Then ask the agent to set up Revenue Management and confirm the plan it proposes. The agent runs the setup and gives you a summary when it's done.
