# Set Up Product Configuration Rules Conversationally with an AI Agent (Beta)

Author product configuration rules on a standalone product by describing what you want in plain language. An AI agent writes, validates, and activates each rule for you in CML Editor so reps configure and sell your products correctly.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Advanced license. The Constraint Rules Engine isn't available in Government Cloud.

Note This is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**How:** Confirm that your org has Revenue Management and the Constraint Rules Engine turned on, that the product and its attributes are in the catalog, and that you set up pricing. Install Salesforce CLI and connect your AI agent to your org as an authenticated admin user. Then describe the rules that you want in plain language and approve the agent's proposed rules when it prompts you.
