Action Plans are now available for Position, Job Position, Recruitment Requisitions, ContactContactRelation, PersonEducation, and Interaction objects. Agencies automate repeatable business activities by generating predefined tasks for these objects. This reduces manual effort, ensures required activities are completed consistently, and provides visibility into task progress and completion.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled.
Who: Users need the Action Plans permission set to create or manage action plans.
How: From the App Launcher, find and select Action Plan Templates. Create an action plan template, add tasks with priorities and deadlines, assign owners, and select the target object (Position, Job Position, Recruitment Requisitions, ContactContactRelation, PersonEducation, or Interaction). Save the template. When a record is created or reaches a specific stage, the action plan generates the predefined tasks automatically.
