Format PunchOut custom item attributes, such as fabric, color, and configuration, as readable details on email receipts instead of raw JSON text. Configure which fields display, such as choice and description labels, to match how these details appear in the cart and on printed receipts. Customers get consistent, accurate documentation of their custom order across every receipt type.
Where: This change applies to Point of Sale.
How: In CMS, go to Store Management | Store Settings | Advanced | Punchout Configurations and configure the Custom Product Property Field Name field. Add the {ProductFormAttributes} tag to the product section of the e-receipt template.
