# Extend Personalization Campaigns with Added Strategy and Channel Support

Enhance Personalization campaigns by using new Recommendations & Offers strategy and Mobile channel delivery options. Select the Recommendations & Offers strategy to define custom rules or use AI and machine learning to deliver content based on individual behavior and preferences. Select the mobile channel option to personalize a mobile app experience.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with a Salesforce Personalization license.
