# Track Partner Activity Across Customer Interactions

Let customers view partner users' availability and book meetings with them directly. Calendar connections give channel managers more visibility into partner interactions with customers, improve partner productivity, and help communications comply with local regulations. Previously, partner users managed their schedules in personal tools, so channel managers couldn't track when or how often partners engaged with customers.

**Where:** This change applies to Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales editions.

**Who:** To enable calendar connections for partners, you need the PartnerEAC add-on license.

**How:** Assign the Partner EAC User permission set to Partner Portal users. In Einstein Activity Capture, create a Partner EAC configuration with all sync options disabled and locked, and then assign partner users to the configuration. Partners connect their Google Calendar or Microsoft Office 365 accounts through the portal. Einstein Activity Capture securely stores the OAuth tokens, which Salesforce Scheduler retrieves on demand to check partner availability when customers schedule meetings.
