# Book Appointments on Partner Calendars with Einstein Activity Capture

Give customers up-to-date appointment times by connecting partner users’ Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 calendars to Salesforce with Einstein Activity Capture. Salesforce Scheduler checks partners’ availability in real time and books appointments directly on their calendars. Partners authenticate once for a secure scheduling experience.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales editions.

**Who:** To enable calendar sync for partners, you need the PartnerEAC add-on license. Partner users need the Partner EAC User permission set to connect their external calendar accounts.

**How:** Assign the Partner EAC User permission set to partner portal users. In Einstein Activity Capture, create a Partner EAC configuration and assign partner users to it. Partners then connect their Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 accounts through the portal. Einstein Activity Capture securely stores the OAuth tokens, and Salesforce Scheduler retrieves them as needed to check availability when customers schedule meetings.
