Background jobs update eligible records every 24 hours or on demand, reducing manual record management. Use standard objects such as Account, Opportunity Line Item, Order, and Order Item to define business objectives.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Sales.
How: From the App Launcher, go to Account Plans and open a joint business plan. Create an objective and select a calculation definition. Automatic Qualifying Record Management is enabled automatically. After you save the objective, you can edit it to manually link or unlink records.
