Partners can view budget details and create records with guided field compilation. This guided assistance reduces administrative overhead, helps partners use available funds before they expire, and creates consistent records for financial audits

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Sales.

**How:** Partners use the partner agent to check fund balances and expiration dates or submit an MDF request through a guided conversation.
