# Message Multiple Customers at Once from List Views

Reach many people in a single step instead of messaging them one at a time. Use the Send Message action on supported list views to send bulk communications to loyalty program members, contacts, or people tied to other records. For example, send account statements or reminders without leaving the list page.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Outbound Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next.

**How:** To display the Send Message button in an object's list view, configure a manual-send outbound engagement template with a List Page placement for that object. From a list view such as All Loyalty Program Members or All Contacts, select records and click **Send Message**.
