Outbound engagements and templates are now created asynchronously in the background. Continue working while creation completes, and receive an automatic notification when it finishes.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Outbound Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next.
