# Drive Accurate Order Capture with Integrated Pricing

Empower sales reps to confidently handle complex order specifications and dynamic pricing without risking costly billing or fulfillment errors. Sales teams capture and manage complex orders through guided workflows with integrated pricing and discount support. Reusable order specifications define order behavior, available products, assortments, and multi units of measure, while automated pricing calculations help reps generate accurate orders every time. By keeping customer, product, and pricing context front and center throughout the ordering process, Order Capture ensures correct billing and delivery roles and brings real consistency to order management.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience for Automotive, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing.

**Who:** To set up and capture orders, users need the Order Capture license for their specific cloud (Manufacturing, Automotive, or Consumer Goods), Industries Service Excellence and pricing-related licenses.

**Why:** Capturing and adjusting complex orders manually often leads to errors, pricing discrepancies, and inconsistent billing or delivery details. Order Capture standardizes order creation with reusable order specifications, integrated pricing and discount support, and flexible unit-of-measure conversions, helping reps generate accurate orders and maintain consistent order management every time.

**How:** In Setup, turn on **Order Capture**. Configure your reference data and create order specifications to define order behavior. After setup, sales reps can launch the Service Console for Telesales, open an account to view order overviews, and create or update orders.
