# Complete Order Management Tasks with AI Tools

Use an AI agent to set up Order Management and complete common Order Management tasks conversationally, such as finding and canceling order items. Use the agent to cancel items in an order, quote a delivery date, or check and correct a SKU's inventory. Describe the goal in your own words. You review and confirm each change before the agent applies it.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with a Salesforce Order Management license.
