# Launch a Native Agentforce Panel in Mobile Publisher Apps

In Mobile Publisher apps, the mobile floating action button now opens a native Agentforce panel through the Embedded Messaging component. This behavior replaces the web-based Messaging for Web mobile flow, so your users get a faster, more integrated in-app experience that matches the surrounding native app.

**Where:** This change applies to [LWR and Aura Experience Cloud](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=experience.exp_cloud_basics_glossary.htm&type=5&language=en_US) sites accessed through Mobile Publisher apps in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**How:** In Experience Builder, add the Embedded Messaging component to a template footer region and then select your mobile deployment in the property editor. Name each mobile deployment with the `_mobile` suffix that matches its web deployment, such as `MyEmbeddedDeployment_mobile` for the `MyEmbeddedDeployment` web deployment. Because web and mobile use separate deployments, keep shared settings consistent across both.

All mobile deployments are available for selection. If the selected mobile deployment’s messaging channel doesn’t match the web deployment’s channel, a validation error appears in the property panel. To turn off the native Agentforce experience, select **Null** for the mobile deployment.

To control when the floating action button appears, configure business hours for your mobile deployment from Setup. When user verification is enabled on the messaging channel, the button is hidden for unauthenticated guest users.

To adjust the button position, such as to clear the tab bar, override the `--mp-fab-bottom` and `--mp-fab-right` CSS custom properties in Experience Builder under **Settings** | **Advanced** | **Edit Head Markup**.
