# Target Marketing Triggers More Precisely with New Configuration Options

Help your marketers reach the shoppers most likely to convert. Refine who qualifies for a trigger by setting custom inactivity criteria, excluding shoppers who have already purchased, and filtering for high-intent shoppers based on product page visits. Match triggers to your own data with configurable engagement values and channel mapping.

**Where:**

**Where:** This change applies to Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited editions with:

- Marketing Cloud Next Growth and Advanced editions with the Salesforce Foundations add-on
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Growth, Plus, Advanced, or Premium editions with the Salesforce Foundations add-on
- Any Marketing Cloud Engagement+ edition with the Salesforce Foundations add-on

**Why:** Refine who qualifies for each trigger so your marketers reach the shoppers most likely to convert.

- For abandonment triggers, set the criteria that qualify a shopper as inactive, such as no purchase, no cart activity, no website activity, or no product page visit.
- Exclude shoppers who bought the visited product or any product during the lookback period, so you don't send back-in-stock, low-inventory, or price-drop messages to customers who have already converted.
- Filter for high-intent shoppers by setting a minimum number of product page visits.
- Configure engagement values to match your custom data instead of hard-coded defaults.
- Map Contact Point data model objects (DMOs) to determine which channels each trigger can use for outbound messages.
