# Track SMS Flow and Engagement Metrics in Flow Builder

Monitor performance metrics for your Send SMS Message flow element without leaving Flow Builder. Open an active SMS flow and select the Analytics tab to see run metrics such as total runs, average duration, and a success-versus-error breakdown. You can also view SMS engagement metrics, including SMS sends, delivery rate, click-through rate, and opt-out rate.

**Where:** This change applies to Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited editions with:

- Marketing Cloud Next Growth and Advanced editions with the Salesforce Foundations and SMS add-ons
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Growth, Plus, Advanced, or Premium editions with the Salesforce Foundations and SMS add-ons
- Any Marketing Cloud Engagement+ edition with the Salesforce Foundations and SMS add-ons
