# Launch Retail Journeys Faster with Prebuilt Triggers and Flow Templates

Configure prebuilt triggers for the most common retail use cases. Marketers can then use the related flow templates to reach shoppers at key milestones. Each template combines the content, the flow, and the rules for who receives the message.

**Where:** This change applies to Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited editions with:

- Marketing Cloud Next Growth and Advanced editions with the Salesforce Foundations add-on
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Growth, Plus, Advanced, or Premium editions with the Salesforce Foundations add-on
- Any Marketing Cloud Engagement+ edition with the Salesforce Foundations add-on

**How:** From Setup, configure and turn on the triggers. Then, marketers can use the related flow templates to launch automated journeys. These triggers and flow templates are available.

- Birthday
- Anniversary
- Visitor Conversion
- Reengagement
- Replenishment

These additional flow templates are available.

- Email Welcome Series
- SMS Welcome Series
