# Monitor Performance of Content Blocks with Impression Region Tracking

Assess how specific content choices impact engagement by defining impression regions in a piece of content. For example, track how a paragraph performs or track two variations of text for the same button. Create custom reports for tracked regions. Metrics include the number of impression regions per send, total clicks and unique clicks per region, and click rate per region.

**Where:** This change applies to Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited editions with:

- Marketing Cloud Next Growth and Advanced editions with the Salesforce Foundations add-on
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Growth, Plus, Advanced, or Premium editions with the Salesforce Foundations add-on
- Any Marketing Cloud Engagement+ edition with the Salesforce Foundations add-on

**How:** Turn on Impression Region Tracking for a supported content block, and enter a name for the region that appears in click and send event data. Alternatively, use the code view in the content editor to define regions with Handlebars or AMPscript in emails, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and Mobile App messages.
