# Send High Throughput Flash Messages to Targeted Mobile Audiences

Send high throughput messages to mobile app users with flash sending, which supports up to 5 million messages in 90 seconds. You can now segment users by custom attributes, such as interests in politics or sports, to subscribe them during device registration. When you send a flash message, select your target audience to make sure that every user receives relevant content.

**Where:** This change applies to Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited editions with:

- Marketing Cloud Next Growth and Advanced editions with the Salesforce Foundations add-on
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Growth, Plus, Advanced, or Premium editions with the Salesforce Foundations add-on
- Any Marketing Cloud Engagement+ edition with the Salesforce Foundations add-on
