# Accelerate Manufacturing Warranty Claim Adjudication with Agentforce

Give adjudicators and underwriters an AI assistant that clears the queue faster and catches risk earlier. Built to assist claim adjudicators and warranty underwriters, the agent summarizes queue volume, aging, and pending liability, and ranks open claims by value, age, and complexity. It also flags fraud risks such as duplicate serial numbers or repeat asset failures, audits claims for missing fields, coverages, and attachments, and drafts Requests for Information (RFIs) for the adjudicator to send. Human experts stay in full control of every decision.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce for Manufacturing add-on license or included in Agentforce 1 Manufacturing Edition.

**Who:** To use the Warranty Claims Adjudication agent, users need the Manufacturing Foundation User, Claims Management Foundation, and Warranty Lifecycle Management permission sets.

**How:** To adjudicate claims, adjudicators launch the Agentforce panel and enter an utterance, such as "Show claim history for Acme Partners." Adjudicators can also work with the agent from Slack using the Warranty Claims Adjudication for Slack template.
