Install the Industries Sales Concierge Agent bundle to set up the metadata and sample records required to work with the Industries Sales Concierge Agent. The bundle enables the pre-requisite features, lets you assign permission sets, installs the required metadata and sample data, and gives you a single view of all the setup steps along with the enablement links. This setup is available only to the employee-facing (Agentforce Employee Agent) side of Industries Sales Concierge agent.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Agentforce Manufacturing.
Who: Available to admins who set up and configure manufacturing capabilities.
How: From Setup, search for Salesforce Go. On the Initial Setup tab, filter by Manufacturing to view available solutions. Install the Industries Sales Concierge Agent bundle to enable the pre-requisite features, assign the permission sets, and install the required metadata and sample data. Follow the single view of setup steps and the enablement links to expedite deployment and reach operational readiness faster.
