Who: To set up and capture orders, users need the Order Capture for Manufacturing, Industries Service Excellence, and pricing-related licenses.
How: In Setup, turn on Order Capture. Configure your reference data and create order specifications to define order behavior. After setup, sales reps can launch the Service Console for Telesales, open an account to view order overviews, and create or update orders.
