**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce for Manufacturing add-on license or included in Agentforce 1 Manufacturing Edition.

**Who:** To use the Industries Sales Concierge sub-agent, users need the Criteria-Based Search and Filter, Inventory Search And Transfer, Partner Lead Management, and the Manage Appraisals and Valuations permission sets.

**Why:** Sales representatives often switch between Slack, CRM, and other business systems to discover products, select distributors, create opportunities, and manage trade-ins. Industries Sales Concierge brings AI-powered guidance and CRM actions directly into Slack, enabling reps to complete these tasks with natural language, reduce context switching, and respond to customers faster.

**How:** To engage the Industries Sales Concierge sub-agent, launch the agent in Slack and enter an utterance, such as "show me products manufactured by Acme Industries."
