# Platform Events

Changes to Platform Events

- **[Event Studio Now Shows More Configuration Details and Recommendations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_event_studio_now_shows_more_configuration_details_and_recommendations.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Event Studio now surfaces more information and recommendations, including an editable Platform Events Subscriber Config (labeled as Apex Trigger Details). Previously, you could only access the Platform Events Subscriber Config through the Metadata or Tooling API.
- **[Standard Volume Platform Events End of Life](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_standard_volume_platform_events_end_of_life.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Standard volume platform events will be retired on December 15, 2026. Easily migrate your standard volume platform events to high volume platform events with the click of a button to prepare for this change.
- **[Roll Back Platform Event Trigger Transactions on Unhandled Exceptions](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_roll_back_platform_event_trigger_transactions_on_unhandled_exceptions.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
This update rolls back the transaction of a platform event Apex trigger when it throws an unhandled exception, so that partially written records are no longer committed.
