Improve the experience for reps and messaging end users by exploring the latest enhancements and updates for Bring Your Own Channel for Messaging and Bring Your Own Channel for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).

    Choose from clearer destination options when transferring a conversation or starting a conference in Bring Your Own Channel. The Transfer Conversation destination list now includes External contacts instead of Others. To align with recent terminology updates, all Messaging channel transfer and conference destinations also include Reps instead of Agents.
