# Schedule and Track Coaching Sessions from Calendar

Coordinate coaching schedules and field visits from the calendar. Coaches can create Enablement Coaching sessions from the calendar grid and see them immediately, helping prevent scheduling conflicts. Employees see sessions only after coaches share them, so evaluations remain private while they’re being planned.

**Where:** This feature is available in:

- Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
- Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad only).

**When:** This feature is available starting in September 2026.

**How:** In the Admin Console, admins configure calendar event metadata to map Enablement Coaching sessions to calendar views. Coaches then create sessions from the calendar grid or the Enablement Coaching tab. Salesforce automatically creates the associated calendar events.
