# Link Field Visits with Evaluations

Enhance the context of your evaluations by linking specific field activities with coaching sessions. It establishes an audit trail that documents exactly when and where coaching observations were gathered. Coaches have the flexibility to link individual or multiple field visits to a coaching session, clearly indicating the observations that underpin the final evaluation.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.

**When:** This feature is available starting in September 2026.

**How:** While a coaching session is in Planned or Self-Evaluation status, coaches select field visit records from the associated related list. These linked visits appear in the coaching session header and become visible to coachees after the session is shared.
