# Configure Time Off Territory Categories to Meet Your Organization’s Scheduling Needs

Represent your organization's unique downtime categories by configuring time off territory (TOT) events, such as company celebration days, training, and regulatory duties. Apply TOT rules to these downtime categories to specify whether users can schedule these TOT events alongside other activities, reducing scheduling conflicts, and staying aligned with your organizational policies.

**Where:** This feature is available in:

- Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
- Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad only).

**How:** In the Admin Console, go to Time Off Territory, and configure Time Off Territory Rules.
