Keep your custom Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) apps working for field reps when their devices lose connectivity. When a rep is offline, the Life Sciences Cloud mobile app resolves GraphQL queries from your custom Lightning web components (LWCs) against the data that's synced to the device.
Where: This feature is available in the Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad only) in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
When: This feature is available starting the week of October 5, 2026.
