# Manage Data Retention for Presentation Interactions

Prevent interaction data from accumulating indefinitely as your sales reps deliver presentations to healthcare professionals (HCPs). Define a retention period for the presentation click stream records that track page views and content engagement. Run cleanup manually, or schedule a job to run automatically to avoid running out of storage in your org.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.

**How:** To manage data retention, in the Intelligent Content Admin Console, go to the Data Retention tab.
