# Strengthen Data Monitoring by Using the New Event Management Trigger Handlers

Keep data consistent, accurate, and audit-ready by using the new trigger handlers. Ensure that utilization limits remain in sync with changes in Managed Event or Managed Event Participant records. Stay compliant by blocking or flagging record updates that bypass monetary caps. Make sure that event data stays current by automatically refreshing expense buckets when estimated expenses or participant allocations change.

**Where:** This feature is available in:

- Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
- Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad only).

**How:** Activate the following trigger handlers via the Admin Console's Trigger Handler Administration tile.
