# Salesforce Scheduler

Build agents that help your customers book their own appointments in the new Agentforce Builder. Show only the times a partner user can actually meet, so bookings don't collide with the meetings they keep outside Salesforce.

- **[Create Salesforce Scheduler Agents in the New Agentforce Builder](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_ls_create_scheduler_agents_in_agentforce_builder.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
The new Agentforce Builder now supports Salesforce Scheduler agents, so you can build agents to assist your customers in scheduling appointments. The agents you build appear in the agent list views in the Agentforce Studio app and Agentforce Agents Setup pages. Regardless of where you launch them, these agents always open in Agentforce Builder for a consistent experience.
- **[Check Partner Calendar Availability Before Booking](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_ls_check_partner_calendar_availability_before_booking.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Salesforce Scheduler now checks a partner user's connected external calendar for busy and free times, so customers see only the slots when the partner is genuinely available. Previously, partner users managed their schedules in personal tools, so scheduling flows couldn't account for meetings booked outside Salesforce.
