# Build Complex Loyalty Promotions with AI Tools

Configure complex promotions that use the Accrual Events and Engagement Trail templates through a conversational, AI-assisted workflow. Describe your requirements in plain language to an AI tool, and the tool creates the underlying qualifiers and milestones as you confirm each detail. Define limits to control liability, and configure multiple promotions independently of each other.

**Where:** This change applies to Loyalty Management in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions, and requires access to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta).

**Who:** To use this workflow, your marketing managers need the Loyalty Management permission set.

**How:** Connect your AI tool, such as Agentforce Vibes or Claude Code, to your org with Salesforce CLI and to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta). Before you start, complete your loyalty foundational setup — including currencies, tiers, vouchers, and badges — and create your product catalogs. Then describe the promotional campaign scenario that you want to build, including its qualifiers and milestones, and confirm the records the tool creates as it builds them. If needed, ask the tool to add limits.
