Set Up Loyalty Programs with AI Tools

Describe your loyalty program in plain language to an AI tool, and set it up in one guided, conversational workflow. The tool creates your loyalty program, tier model and related qualifying-point currency, redeemable currency, accrual and redemption activities, and tier benefits and tier assessment rules. After you create the necessary records, the tool activates your program.

Where: This change applies to Loyalty Management in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions, and requires access to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta).

Note Headless 360 MCP Server is a beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

Who: To use this workflow, you need the Loyalty Management permission set.

How: Connect your AI tool, such as Agentforce Vibes or Claude Code, to your org with Salesforce CLI and to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta). Then, in your conversation with the AI tool, describe the loyalty program. The AI tool asks for the details it needs and creates each record as you confirm it. To create tier benefits, you can also upload a spreadsheet that contains your tier benefits and benefits mapping.
