# Onboard Partners into Your Loyalty Ecosystem with AI Tools

Your marketing managers can bring an external partner into your loyalty program's ecosystem through a guided, conversational workflow. The tool creates the partner account and maps the partner's product catalog and categories. Your managers can also set up prepaid packs and a points conversion ratio, and create joint promotions.

**Where:** This change applies to Loyalty Management in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. To manage partners, you need the Loyalty Management - Growth or the Loyalty Management - Advanced license. To manage prepaid packs, you need the Loyalty Management - Advanced license. This capability also requires access to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta).

Note Headless 360 MCP Server is a beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/). Use of this beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**Who:** To use this workflow, your marketing managers need the Loyalty Management permission set.

**How:** Connect your AI tool, such as Agentforce Vibes or Claude Code, to your org with Salesforce CLI and to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta). Tell your AI tool that you're onboarding a partner, and specify the partnership type — accrual, redemption, or both. Specify partner products and product categories by using a CSV file or by entering them manually. Prompt the tool to create prepaid packs if necessary. Then create joint promotions and specify the partner contribution to each one.
