# Increase Engagement by Rewarding Members at Multiple Milestone Targets of an Activity

Create engagement trail promotions that track a member’s progress on a single activity and reward them on reaching multiple milestones. Set up to three targets—easy, moderate, and hard—with progressively higher goals. If a member meets multiple targets with a single transaction, the member gets rewards for all the milestones. You can also set personalized targets for individual members by using predictive models.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Loyalty Management - Growth or Loyalty Management - Advanced.

**How:** Create a promotion by using the Engagement Trail template. Then, in the Configure Promotion Template step, turn on Single Activity Mode and specify the activity, targets, and corresponding rewards.
