# Start UI Embedding Projects Faster with a CLI Template (Beta)

Scaffold a ready-to-edit Lightning web component that's preconfigured for Salesforce Microfrontend (UI Embedding) with a Salesforce CLI template command.

**Where:** This change applies to Salesforce CLI.

**Who:** This change is for developers who use the Salesforce CLI to build embedded apps.

**Why:** Skip the setup boilerplate and start from a working embedding component.

**How:** Run the `sf template generate ui-embedding` command to generate a Lightning web component that's preconfigured to embed an external app. Then set the component's `title` attribute and your app's URL.
