When your authors draft Knowledge articles, they can check for similar articles in the knowledge base. Knowledge Similarity surfaces any matching articles along with a similarity score. Your authors can decide whether to reuse or update an existing article instead of creating a duplicate, so your knowledge base stays consistent and free of redundant content.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Knowledge add-on license.
When: Knowledge Similarity is available starting on September 24, 2026.
How: From Setup, on the AI Knowledge Settings page, turn on Knowledge Similarity. Then, connect Knowledge Similarity to an Agentforce Data Library so that it can compare new articles against your existing knowledge base.
