Why: Previously, fulfillment workflows required navigating between service requests, fulfillment orders, fulfillment order line items, product transfers, and work orders. This navigation to complete basic tasks increased cognitive load and extended fulfillment time. The component consolidates fulfillment actions. It shows all line item details on one page, including product, quantity, reservation status, expiry date, asset serial numbers, and related product transfer or product request information. You run inline actions such as Reserve Inventory, Add Asset, Allocate Inventory, Ready for Shipment, Items Ready for Pickup, Mark Delivered, Mark Sent, and Mark Received without going to separate fulfillment or return order pages. The component resolves the context automatically: on a fulfillment order page it shows the current record, and on a service request page it shows the related fulfillment order based on your configured fulfillment location. Action buttons use the same validation logic as native fulfillment order buttons, ensuring consistent status updates and inventory transactions.
