# Simplify Fulfillment with Actions on the Service Request

Manage fulfillment and return orders directly from the service request page. For organizations with a single stockroom, fulfillment and return orders generate automatically when service requests reach processing status. Review line item details and action buttons on the service request page, then add assets, allocate inventory, mark items as shipped, and confirm delivery without switching pages.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. This feature is available in Hardware Asset Management orgs with the IT Service add-on.

**Why:** Fast Path mode eliminates unnecessary workflow steps. Fulfillment and return orders generate automatically when service requests move to Processing or Fulfillment status, which removes the need for manual sourcing initiation. When Fast Path activates, the standard Sourcing and Return Planning buttons are hidden or turned off to prevent duplicate workflows.
