Install and configure Agentforce IT Service apps in Microsoft Teams and activate the service with a single click and access IT support without login screens or credentials. Salesforce automatically creates the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) app registration, deploys the required credentials, and updates the CORS allowlist in the background. Your admins can complete setup quickly, remove setup barriers, and get the org operational in minutes.
