# Keep Member Policies Aligned with Contract Endorsements

Apply mid-term group insurance contract changes to eligible member policies during the policy term. When endorsed contract terms change, such as coverage modifications or group class eligibility updates, process affected members and their dependents based on their eligibility and benefit selections. Apply the appropriate member policy updates based on endorsed contract terms. Upload an updated employee roster with plan configurations to process member changes.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Digital Insurance.

**How:** Create an endorsed version of the contract, then create a Contract Mid-Term Adjustment group census. Upload the census and click **Adjust Policies**. Alternatively, use the Group Endorsement API to apply contract adjustments to eligible member policies asynchronously.
