Assign root plans and coverages to members and their dependents based on group class and plan eligibility from the contract. To speed processing and reduce manual effort across enrollment, endorsement, and renewal, create and update member policies from the staging census. For members using automated plan assignment, ensure only one root plan in each product category is eligible. Multiple eligible plans return an error. When provided, overrides to the plan configuration take priority over base eligibility.
