Salesforce is expanding Hyperforce to multiple cloud providers. Hyperforce on GCP gives customers with certain business or contractual requirements an alternative to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Where: The United States.
When: Salesforce plans to make Hyperforce on GCP available in November 2026 with support for most Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Real-Time features.
How: Salesforce manages infrastructure placement based on technical and operational factors. If you have documented regulatory or contractual requirements that preclude the use of specific cloud providers, contact your Salesforce account team.
